Our commitment to supporting small businesses and women entrepreneurs in India is reflected in our sourcing policy for the raw materials that go into your garment. All our fabrics are manufactured in India, as are 95% of our laces, buttons, ribbons etc. All the embroidery is done by our artisans, mostly women- we provide free training for our needlework artisans and once trained they can work on our pieces at home at their pace.

Our fabrics come pre-treated to have 0-2% shrinkage after wash.

We check all fabrics for colour fastness. Please follow wash care instructions on the tags with each garment.

In general, wash dark colours separately, use mild soaps or detergents, and do not soak garments for long periods, line dry in the shade and iron on low heat.
