Returns

All of our products are made with care and using the highest quality materials. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A return request can be raised by mailing us at customercare@soleilclothing.com. We will organize a reverse pickup for you through our courier partner.

Soleil will not be liable for any damage that takes place in transit.

EXCHANGES:

Requests to exchange the product for a different size/colour will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be sent back unused and unworn, with the original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be through store credit only. Store credit is valid for 6 months.
Once we receive the product, we will conduct a quality check. If the item is found to be altered, damaged or soiled, it will be sent back to you and no exchange or refund will be provided

In case the product arrived defective or damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Soleil will not be liable for any damage that takes place in transit.

CANCELLATIONS:

We accommodate cancellation requests up until the point the product has been dispatched. In the event that the cancellation was successful, we will refund the amount via store credit, which is valid for 6 months.

Store credit will be sent to you once the return is received and accepted by us.
Discount codes once used cannot be reused. Store credit will reflect the price paid after discount.
Items on sale cannot be returned.
